Goto the Swarm platform at https://scifihive.com/platform. It will take a few seconds to load.
Enter in your Email and Password and click on Ok.
If you haven't yet created a password, enter your Email and click on "Reset Password" and a password reset link will be sent to your email.
Alternatively you can use your Google ID to login as long as your Google email is a registered SciFi Hive user.
The first screen that comes up will be the list of Swarms that you've been invited to participate in.
Greyed out Swarms are currently unavailable (click on them to find out why).
Swarms are available for the following windows based on your role:
- Participant - 1 hour prior to the first session and 30 days after the last session
- Queen Bee - 2 weeks prior to the first session and 30 days after the last session
- Facilitator - 30 days prior to the first session and 30 days after the last session
- Beekeeper - as long as the subscription is active you can view your Swarms
Click on your name in the top right hand corner to view the available options.
CLick on the "Profile" item to bring up your profile.
- Profile - View your profile
- Admin Console - only available if you have an active subscription to the SciFi Hive Platform. Will open up the administration console
- My Swarms - returns you to the My Swarms screen when you're in a Swarm
- Sign Out - Signs you out of the SciFi Hive Platform
By actively participating in the different parts of a Swarm you can gain badges which are awarded on the Dashboard screen.
The points awarded tab details when and why you have received points towards your badges.
View which Swarm events you've participated in and as what role you participated.
See how many points you need to achieve a badge and where you're at towards achieving a level.
Need to update your profile or change your password, do it on this screen.
